Job Description:
We are looking for a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney with experience in toxic tort litigation to join our team. This role involves managing high-stakes cases from inception through trial, working closely with clients who have been exposed to harmful substances, and seeking justice on their behalf.
Responsibilities:
- Represent plaintiffs in toxic tort litigation, including cases involving asbestos, chemical exposure, and other harmful substances.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
- Advocate for clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in CA.
- Significant experience in toxic tort litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
