Position: Attorney (5+ YEARS) – GENERAL LIABILITY DEFENSE CIVIL LITIGATION

Location: Orange County, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Type: Full-Time (Fully remote/hybrid)

Our General Liability practice group is seeking a motivated associate with 5+ years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters (e.g. , premises liability, personal injury/wrongful death, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.).

Requirements:

Must be admitted to the State Bar of California

5+ years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters

Significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation

Ability to work independently with limited supervision
