Wargame Designer - SECRET CLEARANCE MANDATORY

Akkodis Canada is currently searching for a Wargame Designer for a long-term, won contract with our Government client within the Ottawa area. The successful candidate must be available to work onsite in Ottawa. Only candidates who hold an active Secret Clearance or higher will be considered.

Job Summary:

• Develop Wargaming for the CAF through concept development, game design and mechanics, literature research analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of military strategy and tactics across the full spectrum of warfare;
• Research trends and developments within the military domain that could potentially affect the development and delivery of wargames, and provide recommendations for their inclusion

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience participating in, and designing wargames related to military domains
• Preference will be given to CAF veterans
• Secret OR Top Secret security clearance issued by the Government of Canada

The following requirements would be considered an asset:

• A University Degree in any related field
