About the role:
- Provide analytics support to multiple clients and brands, ranging from reporting and insights, to building business cases and uncovering consumer behaviour
- Collect performance data from internal and external data sources
- Partner with internal teams (Analytics, Strategy, Accounts, Tech) to build client relationships through the lens of data and analytics
- Work with cross-function team to evolve digital measurement process for both client and company
- Evaluate information needs of all stakeholders who consume marketing data todesign reports and deliver relevant insights.
- Develop reports that track the success of campaigns/programs, analyze results against goals and make recommendations to optimize results.
- Imaginative in analysis: able to separate what is worthwhile versus what is noise and get to the insight that will yield incremental business results
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with strategy, media agencies and other disciplines to plan, measure and optimize channels across customer journey
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business that allows to make recommendations and improvements
- Responsibility to elevate insights and drive incremental business impact by leveraging available data sources, including sources outside known environments
- Harness previous learnings to power up use cases across customer journey
- Build and power up BI tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Datorama, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Simplify complex data through interactive visualizations tailored to different audiences
- Develop measurement plans with clear understanding of key business objectives/questions to formulate relevant KPIs and their associated diagnostic metrics
- Develop test use cases driven by data and strong hypotheses, implement and find learnings
- Stay on top of emerging trends in the analytics industry
- Collaborate with Strategists, Account Leads and other disciplines to strengthen agency offering in data and analytics, across clients, projects and scopes
- Comply with all AODA regulations and requirements
Qualifications:
- +3 years of work experience in analytics and insight delivery or data management for brands.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using relational databases (i.e. SQL, mySQL) for data gathering and mining
- Experience with open source programming languages (R, Python)
- Advanced analytics techniques with some statistical knowledge in correlation, regression & forecasting
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Superior analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage deliverable deadlines across multiple priorities and stakeholders
