Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages our post-event survey program, in partnership with other researchers, for Salesforce's largest events in the first half of 2025, including TraliheaDX, Connections, and several World Tour events
- Responsible for the end-to-end survey process including programming, field management, data analysis, and reporting, all in tight partnership with key stakeholders
- Collaborates with team members to analyze results, identify key insights, and generate clear business recommendations
- Tells data-driven stories that influence senior executives and impact business decisions
- Becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor to events and keynote stakeholders, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders groups
- Manages timelines and drives results on multiple initiatives at a time
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience, ideally a mix of client and supplier-side market research
- Experience with quantitative research methods, using industry-standard survey platforms for both programming and analysis
- Ability to translate data and insights into powerful, compelling stories that bring customers to life and inspire action
- Proven track record of influencing and inspiring cross-functional peers and senior leaders to act on insights
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written communication, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Bonus Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry experience in enterprise software, CRM applications, or B2B products
- Fluency in French
Must have skills : Experience running surveys is an absolute must.
Teachable skills: We expect that we will need to teach the specific processes we use for this program, including training on the specific survey platform we use, reporting formats our stakeholders expect, etc.
