Where you fit in

We’re seeking a candidate with a strong writing background to handle proofreading and editing, while also supporting project management, document creation and management, and process improvement. In this role, you will take on administrative and traffic control tasks across the board, ensuring seamless project workflows and timely deliverables. Proficiency in Monday.com is essential, as you will play a key role in managing and optimizing workflows to streamline team processes effectively. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to support both individual and team success.


Responsibilities:

  • Document Proofing and Editing: Review documents for grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand style guides (some guidelines may deviate from traditional grammar rules, so flexibility is essential).
  • Change Tracking: Track document edits carefully, as even small changes can have cascading effects across projects.
  • Document Creation and Template Management: Manage document templates, selecting the most suitable ones for each project, and creating documents that reflect the latest standards and tools.
  • Project Management Support: Coordinate timelines, tasks, and project milestones, ensuring smooth delivery across teams.
  • Administrative and Traffic Control: Perform administrative tasks and manage workflow traffic to prioritize and streamline processes effectively.
  • Monday.com Management: Leverage Monday.com to track tasks, monitor progress, and maintain efficiency across all projects.
  • Occasional writing support: Lend support on writing tasks like emails, newsletters, or presentations as needed.


Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, and project management tools like Monday (or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in Monday.com and the ability to use it for workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, with a willingness to explore and adopt new systems like Figma to enhance workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, including setting timelines and coordinating deliverables.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
