Akkodis is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (America’s SAP COE Warehouse Management and Distribution - Fiori) for an onsite contract position with a client located in Warsaw, IN/ Dover, OH/ or Toronto, CAN. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by ensuring efficient and effective utilization of our SAP S4 Hana solution for Warehouse Management, Distribution & portions of Supply Chain functionality, including supporting and enhancing those application which deliver these capabilities. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, implement & support solutions that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and align with Company strategic objectives.

Rate Range: $75.00 to $110.00 per hour. The rate may be highly negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Business Systems Analyst (America’s SAP COE Warehouse Management and Distribution - Fiori)) job responsibilities include:

• Partner with key functional stakeholders to assess ways to optimize business processes and/or better leverage system capabilities to improve business effectiveness

• Work to continuously identify and pursue to implement ways to improve systems in terms of reliability, usability, functionality, and performance.

• Partner with sponsors of formal projects as well as smaller demands to facilitate business process discussions, requirements gathering, solution design and documentation, solution testing, implementation strategy, and end-user support

• Ensure all solution designs adopt best practice approach, are effectively architected for the broader systems landscape, and maintain SAP “Clean Core” design compliance

• Facilitate the testing process by executing pre-UAT unit testing, creating and executing Operational Qualification (OQ) tests, and assists users with management/execution of UAT testing scenarios & scripts.

• Incorporate principles, concepts, and practices of IT Service Management (ITSM), PMLC, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in daily course of business

• Support internal technical events such as: disaster recovery, audits, etc.

• Provide day-to-day Tier-3 incident support to service desk support team

• Actively listen and effectively communicate with business and technical resources, identifying gaps in communication and leading problem-solving activities.

• Enforce worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 7+ years relevant IT and/or Warehousing & Distribution solutions experienced, OR Associates degree with 5+ years relevant IT and/or Warehousing & Distribution solutions, OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of combined IT and/or Warehousing & Distribution solutions is required

• 3+ years of experience with SAP EWM Fiori is required, experience specifically with SAP S4 Hana

• 2+ years of experience utilizing formal ITSM and SDLC processes and tools to manage service requests, incidents, problems, and changes. SAP EWM RF strongly preferred.

• Experience creating business requirements, functional requirements, and process diagrams required

• Experience with 3rd party logistics integrations preferred

• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management, Distribution, and fundamental Supply Chain functionality. Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts

• Competency (Ability to self-manage, but also mentor, train and lead a small team) in Requirements gathering and definition, Process documentation and optimization, Problem-solving, Resource planning, Project cost/benefit analysis, and Testing

• Strong work planning skills; must be able to multitask effectively. Ability to deliver assigned tasks on time and on budget

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listener who can identify assumptions

• Ability to work successfully as part of a geographically distributed and organizationally diverse team and customer environment

• Demonstrates continuous improvement and results orientation; acts with a sense of urgency and delivers results on-time and on-budget

• Models winning attitude and instills a passion for winning with other team members, an attitude which is demonstrated by a “can do” approach

• Ability to learn and provide back up support in additional functional areas within SAP S4 Hana solution.

• Position requires flexibility with schedule to work various shifts and Weekend support on a rotational basis.
