The role involves processing both PO and Non-PO invoices, handling large volumes and high dollar amounts, and performing analytical tasks. The AP Specialist will communicate with vendors and customers, resolve issues, and ensure accurate payment processing through a three-way match system.nnResponsibilitiesnnSubmit invoices for approval and make manual adjustments as needed if rejected.nnPerform three-way matching: invoice in, select item, route for payments.nnProcess both PO and Non-PO invoices.nnHandle larger volumes and larger dollar amounts, requiring more analytical skills.nnCommunicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues and manage ticketing.nnEssential SkillsnnExperience in accounts payable and invoice processing.nnProficiency in three-way matching and coding.nnBilingual abilities.nnExperience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnStrong attention to detail.nnAnalytical skills.nnExperience in payment processing.nnWork EnvironmentnnThis position is fully in-office, working directly with a team of 6 people.
