We seek a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our team and support HRIT applications and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, including AI-driven solutions and payroll automation, while gaining mentorship from senior developers. You will be key in enhancing applications, developing interfaces, and collaborating with business stakeholders to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to enhance and maintain HRIT applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders to create effective technical solutions.
- Support over 170 interfaces for internal HRIT applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between HRIT systems and other enterprise platforms.
- Create and optimize SQL queries to support data-driven functionality and reporting.
- Assist in developing an AI chatbot to address HR-related questions and streamline request handling.
- Contribute to payroll automation solutions, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT stakeholders.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from senior developers to grow your technical and professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering (or similar field) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of database management and experience writing SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of application interface and integration development.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
