Solutions Architect

6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid in Cleveland, Ohio

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architec t with experience in implementing large-scale enterprise systems, particularly CRM platforms. While expertise in Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus, this role requires a broad understanding of solution architecture and the ability to connect complex systems across an organization. The ideal candidate will possess the technical depth and leadership skills to design and implement robust solutions in dynamic, often ambiguous environments. You will be instrumental in leading a critical CRM initiative, ensuring seamless data integration, stakeholder alignment, and effective delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Implement Solutions

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable CRM or enterprise solutions for a diverse organization
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goal

Data Mapping & Integrations

• Analyze and integrate disparate data sources across various departments, ensuring seamless connectivity and data integrity
• Create comprehensive data maps and workflows to support system integration and business intelligence

Technical Leadership

• Serve as the primary technical expert for large-scale system implementations, offering strategic guidance and technical oversight
• Develop solution models, user stories, and technical requirements for successful project execution

Adaptability in Ambiguity

• Provide clarity and structure in a dynamic environment, addressing evolving requirements and stakeholder needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align systems and processes with organizational objectives

Development Oversight

• Partner with development teams to ensure architecture compliance and technical feasibility during the build phase
• Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure system functionality and reliability

Qualifications

• Experienc e: Demonstrated success as a Solutions Architect for large-scale enterprise implementations, with a preference for CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
• Technical Expertis e: Deep understanding of system architecture, data mapping, integration strategies, and enterprise-grade CRM tools
• Leadershi p: Proven ability to lead and deliver complex solutions within matrixed, cross-functional environments
