The Role
As Director of Growth, you will be tasked with optimizing our outbound sales strategy, consistently securing new business, and building a national sales team to support RedRover's expansion into seven key U.S. markets. Reporting to our COO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our market presence and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute RedRover's go-to-market strategy.
- Initially secure individual closings through an optimized sales process before scaling up to a national team.
- Coach and train a high-performing sales team across our expansion markets.
- Support the CEO in speaking engagements and represent RedRover at trade shows and events.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience and at least 3 years leading a team in closing complex business solutions.
- Proven success selling to C-Suite executives.
- Outstanding team coaching and consultative sales skills.
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience as a keynote speaker with a compelling public speaking presence.
- Strong proficiency in sales technology, including CRM setup and platforms like Sales Navigator, Dripify, and video platforms (BombBomb, Vinyard).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading an inbound lead-gen marketing team.
- A strong B2B network to kickstart a sales pipeline.
- Proven success in leading top-tier sales talent.
- Experience leading growth verticals within the communication, agency, media or consultancy world is a huge plus.
- Event & trade show experience.

Location & Travel
While our headquarters are in Memphis, TN, and there are advantages of operating out of the main office, candidates within one hour of our expansion markets (Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, or the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area) are also encouraged to apply. This role requires travel, with an average of one to two short trips per month.
