Who We Need:The
Business Operations Manager role will work closely with business departments to identify areas of improvement and understand processes. This position will build internal business relationships with those departments by maintaining a team of business process analysts who understand pain points and can document those pain points as requirements for change ensuring that initiatives align with business strategies.
Responsibilities:- Supports and connects departments and stakeholders to ensure that solutions support the business objectives.
- Proactively anticipate changes that may affect the company's strategy.
- Lead a team of Business Process Analysts that will gather requirements, understand business problems, identify impacted users, and have a deep understanding of all business requests.
- Build business relationships between the Business Strategy and Operations team, departments, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of customer support, customer success, sales, and go-to-market business processes.
Education & Experience:- BS degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ Years of experience in leading a high-functioning process analyst team
- Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, enterprise application support for customer data life cycle through all back-end office applications, and a strong business understanding
- Experience working in business applications including, but not limited to, Salesforce, JIRA/Confluence, NetSuite, and Spiff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities properly
