Position Overview

We are expanding our Financial Management Service Line to support exciting opportunities at Pantheon Data. This Analyst role offers the chance to assist clients in identifying process risks, assessing controls, and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and compliance of their processes. You will work closely with federal clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and recommendations that drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities

• Identify process risks and evaluate related controls to ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for process improvements that enhance efficiency and mitigate risks effectively.
• Conduct research on regulatory guidance, industry standards, and emerging trends to inform best practices and ensure alignment with compliance frameworks.
• Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including memos, presentations, and other documentation, to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide support in various stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with team members, client personnel, and teaming partners to deliver collaborative, high-quality work.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a professional services firm or within the industry.
• Knowledge of federal business processes, including funds management, budget formulation and execution, receivables management, disbursements, property management, financial reporting, and grants management.
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks, working paper documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document processes, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise, professional reports and presentations.
• Ability to conduct independent research and contribute to solutions for complex challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively on project teams.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Hybrid/Remote - Arlington, VA

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
