Responsible for program and projects through planning, execution, and delivery with no assistance. Identifying resources, managing stakeholders, effectively communicating and delivering projects on time and budget.

- Manage stakeholder and executive level updates as well as track and communicate program status.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify resources required for the planning and execution phase of a project.
- Coordinating resources to solve project risks and issues related to the program. Provide constant updates on resolution to the broader team.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help team members to complete deliverables on time. Provide training on project management process when required.
- Maintain cross organizational project plans and provide escalation to the appropriate teams.
- Work with stakeholders and task owners within cross functional teams to develop and document requirements for each program/project following through with Jira stories to be tracked through project completion.
- Identify and balance all program/project dependencies, risks, milestones and ensure there are no roadblocks. Escalation as needed.
- Responsible for tracking program budget and updating when required.
Internal Relationships: AEVP, SVP, VP within the Business and IT units. Developers, programmers, engineers, BSA, QA, Product Managers, and analysts.
External Relationships: PSCU/Velera, Visa DPS, and InComm other vendors as planned through future projects. Planning and executing projects, and communication on deliverables.
QualificationsRequired Education: Bachelors, Acceptable Fields of Study: Business, Business Management, Information Technology, General Studies. Additional 2 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Relevant Experience: 5 Years
Desired Relevant Experience: 7 Years
Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills: 5 years program management experience. Excellent communications and written skills required. Display strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent oral presentation skills. Well versed in MS PowerPoint and putting together a cohesive presentation base on audience. Understands goals and drivers of the presentation content. Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functional teams.
Desired Knowledge, Abilities, Skills: Project Management Profession (PMP), Agile Certified Practioner (ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Working knowledge of project management software to include Jira and Microsoft Office as well as Agile and Six Sigma methodologies.
