We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join aur experienced team at Pure 111 Medical Aesthetics Spa located in Fairview Heights, IL with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals.

Must have a love for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and train, and an eagerness to build and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care as a representative of the practice, treating the client in a style and manner developed and directed by the management and consistent with authorized practice as defined.
• Obtain history as required by patient's chief cosmetic goal. Obtain or update medication list if necessary. Attain photographs. Chart history, exam and propose/execute treatment plan.
• Deliver care in accordance with mutually agreed upon guidelines that are developed by the provider and based on the Director's delegatory style. Provide quality Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, laser treatments and more.
• Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols
• Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products, and cross promote med spa services
• Meticulous charting and documentation of patient files
• Provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients.
• Responsible for the coordination of retention correspondence to patients regarding their follow-up treatment plan.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/after hour events; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in the industry
• Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability as a professional nurse
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of company as an individual and as a team member
• Maintain the patient's medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, and education materials distributed.
• Straighten and clean exam room after patient visits.
• Attend regular staff meetings to assure knowledge of upcoming schedule.
• Maintains treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Notifies staff of supplies needed to avoid shortages.
• Maintains inventory-tracking system for all injectable products. Orders and stocks inventory and supplies as needed (includes all injectables and retail products).
• Works with staff to develop and attend patient appreciation days or open houses.
• Performs other duties and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of Illinois
• 2+ years' experience as a nurse injector is strongly preferred
• Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting required
• Professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner
