Requirements:
  1. Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
  3. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is preferred. Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Leadership skills to guide nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
  6. Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  7. Valid driver's license.
