The product team gets to work on a diverse suite of products, built for Web, iOS, and Android - providing opportunities for users to give, play, and win. At Lottery.com, growth is a crucial component of product success. You will identify, manage, and measure critical growth funnels, keeping acquisition costs in check while attracting and helping to retain a highly engaged user base. Your work will require close collaboration with executive stakeholders as well as the product management, marketing, design, data & insights, and engineering teams.

We seek candidates who are exceptionally skilled and hands-on, with a proven track record of blending a high standard of planning with an unrelenting focus on driving phenomenal product growth. We have ambitious plans and an effective, scalable, and well-tended pipeline for attracting users is critical to success. As a leader within our growing product management team, you will also have opportunities to contribute to other projects, collaborating with peers, and contributing to a culture of supportive cross-mentorship. When assigning projects, we consider both expertise and passion for the goal. We encourage honest debate and emphasize concrete, forward-thinking solutions. Culture and transparency are very important to us and as such, we have regular internal demo/tech talks, and retrospects.

Responsibilities:
  • Own growth marketing strategy and inform our customer-facing experience across acquisition and retention - producing a robust acquisition pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Management of all acquisition channels; including budget, execution, optimization, and channel/partner selection
  • Develop and drive a SEO strategy, driving high-quality organic traffic
  • Devise an affiliate marketing strategy; attracting, maintaining, and fully leveraging high quality affiliate relationships
  • Develop and drive lifecycle retention program, including transactional messaging, trigger programs and large-scale engagement/re-engagement campaigns
  • Develop and monitor the company's growth strategy for all stages of the user lifecycle, defining an experimentation-rich roadmap for each marketing channel
  • Oversee build-out of dashboards to measure results on business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and own achievement of milestones and KPIs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure value is clearly and consistently communicated throughout all user touch points - advertising assets, landing pages, emails, push messages, product pages, social content, etc
  • Communicate strategies and results to the leadership team on a consistent basis

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a deep focus on performance-based growth marketing/growth hacking; the ideal candidate has experience with RMG offerings
  • Experience setting, executing, and iterating growth strategy within a well-funded, growth-stage firm(s)
  • Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while limiting costs and maximizing lifetime value
  • Track record of building, leading, and managing a growth team of marketers and affiliate managers - you inspire passion, dedication, and killer work from others
  • Proven experience tracking analytics and exceeding sales KPIs
  • Proven experience in online acquisition tactics and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience leveraging a wealth of analytics data to produce novel insights, ultimately delivering data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable leading a diverse set of acquisition channels, across a global user/partner base, and promoting cross-sell over a uniquely broad product offering
  • Experience documenting and communicating effective strategy; outlining milestone projections and KPI goals
  • Self-starter with a demonstrable track record of making independent decisions, naturally incorporating a thoughtful and comprehensive analysis of risks and rewards
  • Strong knowledge of digitally distributed products and associated technology
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to be available on Slack and to regularly sync up with your peers and the larger company team
  • A proponent of a team-centric culture, with a constantly positive, can-do attitude that provides supportive mentorship while motivating and providing encouragement to others

Knowledge Base
  • Intuitive sense for cultivating demand, earning traffic from alternatives/competitors while expanding addressable market by also appealing to new personas
  • Intricate knowledge of affiliate marketing, ASO, SEO, as well as owned, paid and earned media advertising methods
  • High proficiency with a diverse suite of major marketing tools

Bonus
  • You are a capable, captivating presenter with the ability to inform as well as persuade
  • Exceptional business acumen with the intellect and the executive presence to serve as a true collaborative leader across the company
