Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. As a Night LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Vent Management: Demonstrate proficiency in managing patients on ventilators.
• Unit Floater: Be willing to float between different units within the facility to meet staffing needs.
• CNA Support: Assist CNAs during downtime to ensure efficient patient care.
• Night Shift: Work a consistent night shift schedule, including every other weekend.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience in a healthcare facility
• Proficiency in managing patients on ventilators
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to float between different units
