Location: Bordentown, NJ, 08505
Duration: 6-month contract
Schedule: M - F, 40 - 50 hours per work week, Saturday and Sunday as required
Responsibilities:
- All employees must comply with applicable PSM standards as well as EHS&S Responsibilities.
- Responsible for championing/leading SAP and IT for the Maintenance Department.
- Support the manufacturing site in maintenance, including generation of purchase orders, timely and accurate invoice payment, and maintaining proper inventory.
- Ownership and ensure consistency and accuracy of warehouse inventory, materials management, rental agreements and Contractor management supporting the facility.
- Responsible for Maintenance audits and working with accounting ensuring alignment to standards and best practices. Partner with Purchasing to set up new vendor for Maintenance work.
- Issue work permits when directed.
- Maintain Critical Spare Parts data including equipment, records, inventory list and purchasing information.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a similar capacity
- Must have at least an Associates Degree in a related field, but a Bachelor's is preferred
- Must have previous experience with SAP
