The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be a critical part of our talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. As the cornerstone of our recruitment efforts, you will work closely with our People team to drive process efficiency and attract top-tier talent.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
Own the candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and updates throughout the hiring process.
Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and smooth workflow management.
Collaborate with the People team to identify process improvements and implement creative solutions for efficiency.
Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to job postings, social media, and candidate engagement strategies.
Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for growth.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, preferably in a venture-backed tech startup environment.
Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and other recruitment tools
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
