Summary of Work This position will be the main backup to the Business Manager, and its responsibilities will include finance, human resources, payroll, etc. It will also work with staff on travel arrangements for workshops / conferences, process all accounts payable, maintain all physical inventory as well as assist with asset acquisitions.
Minimum Qualifications Requires an associate degree with major coursework in office support, business, or office education and two years of experience performing a variety of complex office work which included opportunities for functioning as a project coordinator, team leader, or lead worker.
Additional work experience (as described above) may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Use of computers and MicroSoft Office
PeopleSoft experience - preferred.
