Job Description
  • Coverage Needed:
    • December :00am - December :00am
    • 24 Hour Call
  • Clinical Information:
    • 100% coverage for Hospital
    • Patient Volume: 5
    • Support Staff: NP
    • EMR: eCW
  • Required:
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
    • Board Certified CABG
    • Please submit case logs with presentation
