Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Location: Beverly, MA Job Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night (12-hour shifts, starting at 7:00 PM, 12x4 schedule) Schedule: Every other weekend and rotating shifts as needed Position Overview: Pride Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Beverly, MA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a background in telemetry nursing, emergency care, and critical care settings. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation, while adhering to legal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:Comprehensive Assessment: Perform thorough assessments of patients, including initial and ongoing evaluations, data collection, analysis, and interpretation of telemetry and emergency care needs.Care Planning: Synthesize assessment data to identify issues, develop nursing diagnoses, and create comprehensive care plans with clear goals and teaching strategies for patient education.Implementation: Administer and delegate nursing interventions as part of the care plan, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, while ensuring effective patient care.Evaluation: Monitor and report on patient outcomes, responses, and progress, comparing them to evidence-based guidelines, making necessary follow-ups, and ensuring continuity of care.
