Occasional travel to other locations in Franklin Park, IL and Clinton, WI as needed. A quality internship provides experience with exposure to our manufacturing processes and procedures in addition to applying various engineering principles.nnThis Program Offers:nnPaid CompensationnnProfessional Career Development and MentoringnnReal World Problem SolvingnnMeaningful Project WorknnCollaborative Work EnvironmentnnAnticipated Projects include:nnReview and alignment of procedures and training documentation including code of conduct. Help to develop and update procedures by gathering and including tribal knowledge.nnReport out on daily non-conformances (NC) in addition to review and follow up of outstanding NC’s from 2024 and early 2025.nnRepeatability and reproducibility (R&R) gage study on key pieces measuring equipment such as Pie Tapes, Calipers, Profilometers.nnGathering data and applying standard statistics to prove capability of higher volume shop orders.nnCreate guide for standard gauging purchase for all machine assets.nnQualifications:nnSophomore/Junior/Senior currently pursuing Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering Bachelor’s degree.nnProficient with computers.
