Requirements:

• Lead day-to-day IT operations with a hands-on approach.
• Contribute to a strategic vision for future growth in collaboration and with support from both US and EU colleagues.
• Software Development and Architecture: Act as a Software Development Lead and Solution Architect, leveraging strong architecture skills and experience, to establish a US system landscape. Being a co-driver in driving the migration process of IT systems, ensuring smooth transitions and scalability.
• Work closely with both US and EU colleagues to ensure information and experience sharing.
• Provide leadership to colleagues working in both US (Austin) and DK (remote).
• Possess a start-up mindset attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment where it's required to balance different roles at the same time.
• Several years of experience within IT, ideally in different roles and especially in solution architecture. Prior experience in a trading company is a significant plus, but is not a requirement.
