Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Co-Star, Lease , Accounting, Salesforce- preferred
- Years of Experience Needed: 2-3 years
- Level of Education: High School Diploma
- Systems/Software Proficiencies:
- Lease Admin software
- Co-Star
- Sales Force (preferred)
- Analytic skills
- Organizational skills
- Time management

- Administrative experience
- Property management experience
- 1 round in-person interview
- 2 rounds virtual with team
