Qualifications

Bachelors or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited university

5+ years of experience

Professional Registration or actively seeking registration

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Sketch-Up


Job description:

We are currently seeking talented Architectural Designers, Architects, and Project Managers to join our growing team. These positions offer qualified candidates consistent growth potential and professional advancement.

Responsibilities:

The hired candidate will be responsible for designing and managing the overall project design and development process to ensure that construction documents conform with company agreement with the client.

Be part of a multi-discipline project team of architects, designers, and engineers.

Lead project programming, planning, design, development, review, and coordination of contract documents and specifications, coordination of consultants, and administration of construction contracts.

Lead workload projections, manpower scheduling, and manage project profitability.

Lead and mentor junior architectural staff with all aspects of project design and delivery.

Assists in preparing and participating or leading project presentations.

Communicate with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines to ensure effective project coordination.

Monitor construction administration, attend site visits and O/A/C meetings and coordinate the review and approval of submittals, Applications for Payment and timely responses to RFI's .

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and code officials.


Education:

Bachelor's (Required)


Experience:

AutoCAD: 3 years (Required)

Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)

Revit: 1 year (Required)
