Business System Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with the primary goal to identify, unlock, and create effective solutions that will provide overall improvement within the company’s software selection and utilization. This position is a key member of a team tasked with continuous improvement of systems within the construction-specific ERP software (COINS) throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration and security administration of the COINS software.
• Maintain list and resolve items on COINS Issue Solution Matrix (CISM).
• Support implementation of new module functionality with COINS.
• Develop best practices for uploading, manual input or maintaining accurate information and balances within software.
• Develop process maps and SOPs
• Continually analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and business knowledge.
• Participate in training opportunities specific to COINS (self-study, user groups, conferences).
