Focused on Electronics categories, the Senior Sourcing Specialist will lead a cross-functional team to meet category objectives as well as collaborating with Divisional stakeholders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include:

• Creating category strategies and technology plans that meet long-term requirements and provide a lasting strategic edge
• Negotiating contracts and building strong relationships with strategic suppliers
• Consistently enhancing value each year by improving service, quality and cost efficiency
• Working with supplier engineering to develop should-cost models
• Analyzing market intelligence to identify risks and collaborate on mitigation plans
• Mentoring team members by promoting accountability and excellence, while inspiring colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Applying best practices to boost efficiency, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure quality standards are met
• Attending on-site supplier visits for business reviews and negotiations

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience within Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain Management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals on all levels
• Prior leadership and project management experience
• Capable of traveling up to 20%
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
