Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This key role will oversee and optimize all business functions outside of engineering and sales, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer support, and effective vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, including warehouse activities and customer support.
- Collaborate with other leadership team members to drive operational efficiency and achieve company goals.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.
Personnel Management
- Hire, train, and manage service staff to maintain high standards of productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality services and products.
Administration & Accounting Support
- Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and liaison to CPA
- Payroll administration and benefits oversight
- Record keeping, ensuring the integrity of sensitive and confidential business records.
- Provide accurate reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations management or similar leadership role.
- Strong personnel management skills, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles; experience working with external accountants is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
