Case management

• Creating and implementing case flow strategies, developing and monitoring case management plans, and updating caseload and statistical information

Communication

• Communicating with clients, vendors, outside counsel, and staff, and relaying case developments to internal clients and the GC

Documentation

• Preparing correspondence and legal documents, collecting case evidence and documentation, and maintaining case management information

Research

• Investigating, estimating, evaluating, negotiating, and reporting claims

Consultation

• Consulting with business decision makers to help protect the company from potential lawsuits
