What Will Your Next Role Look Like?

As a Software Developer in Test at Peliplat, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for various business systems, working closely with development teams to catch and resolve issues early. This role will be essential in optimizing our testing and release processes, maintaining our test environments, and driving quality improvements across our products. By developing and implementing automation frameworks and testing solutions, you will ensure that Peliplat’s users enjoy a seamless, dependable experience every time they interact with our platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across Peliplat’s business systems, including functional, interface, security, performance, automation, and compatibility testing .
• Develop test plans and design test cases for comprehensive testing, executing interface testing, system testing, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues during testing phases, tracking and analyzing issues to ensure product quality.
• Optimize testing and release processes , maintaining testing environments and test data, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Advocate for quality improvement across teams, identifying issues and implementing measures that boost overall product performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years as a test engineer, with proficiency in testing processes for both web and app environments.
• Familiar with common testing tools like JMeter, Selenium, and Pytest , with proven experience in automation testing .
• Expertise in UI and interface automation and other testing techniques.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java ), with experience developing automation frameworks or tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing , with experience using tools to conduct testing analysis, pinpoint issues, and optimize performance.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork, creativity, and logical thinking.
