Location: On-site, San Francisco, CA


Compensation: Up to $35/hour

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process as we continue to expand our talented workforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline recruiting workflows and align scheduling with team availability.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to improve processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, including travel arrangements for candidates if necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Help organize recruiting events, such as career fairs, networking events, and open houses.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in AI technology and its applications is a plus.
