Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District Sales Manager at Fit Pro Finders in the Houston Metropolitan Area. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing General Managers and Membership Sales departments for 5 clubs, and driving a high volume of training sales and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous multi club oversight of GM & Sales departments - no exceptions!
- Experience in the Fitness Industry and high volume membership sales
- Knowledge of gym sales software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive sales and revenue for 5 high volume clubs
- Certifications in fitness training and group exercise instruction
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field a plus
