Bradford Jacobs is assisting an enterprise drone technology firm focusing on drone development and a range of software solutions, including payment, plant tracking, hemp business management, supply chain, compliance, and government auditing software as they continue their growth journey.

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll gather and analyze market data to drive strategic decisions and implement viral marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. You'll also manage social media content, maintain the content calendar, and oversee website updates.

Responsibilities:

• Ad Campaigns: Design and execute Google/Meta ad campaigns (carousels, search ads, videos). Understand ROI, CPC, and work with 3rd party agencies.
• Market Research: Analyze data to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and track industry trends.
• Marketing Videos: Manage video production (filming, editing), and occasionally appear on camera.
• Social Media Content: Oversee organic social media growth, engage with platforms, and measure performance.
• Website Analytics: Use Google Analytics and SEMrush to analyze traffic, website health, and keyword rankings, offering strategic insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
