We are looking for an innovative implementation engineer to implement solutions that will meet clients’ business needs. As an implementation engineer, you would be independently responsible for analyzing business requirements, assess current product features, identify areas that need custom implementation and oversee development and implementation teams. You would be required oversee small to medium scale implementation projects. In addition you would independently implement stories and change requests within defined quality standards and agreed estimate. Participate in triage activities to identify root cause and recommend corrective measures to resolve the situation.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact/driver for project completion with existing customers through implementation. Establish processes/procedures to manage customer portfolio activity.
  • Become a product expert, with strong understanding in configurations and data integration
  • Configure, test, and deploy billing/payment solutions for new customers.
  • Provide first-line support for post-implementation issues and assist with project coordination.
  • Work cross functionally internally to solve implementation challenges
  • Demonstrate understanding of web based applications, api's, and data integration
  • Monitor new client implementations and existing client support; provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required
  • Partner with technical and operations resources as they develop integrated software solutions and support systems to serve the partners and clients
  • Maintain ongoing reporting of partner/client status and activities
  • Management of multiple complex SAAS projects and implementations
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve problems with limited supervision
  • Fosters collaboration and positive team environment
  • Enhance knowledge and contribute to internal documentation and process enhancements.



Education and Experience

  • Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent experience/project management certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/project management certifications preferred
  • Background in delivering projects for external customers
  • Basic tech knowledge, effective communication, problem-solving, project coordination, and strong soft skills.
  • Strong organizational, communications and people skills required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Enjoys wearing multiple hats and can be called on to play whatever role is required for the situation
  • Background in the Payments, Banking, E-Commerce, Finance and/or Utility industries helpful but not required
  • Preferred experience with programming basics, industry awareness (billing/payments), CRM experience, relevant certifications, and a related post-secondary education.
