Role Overview:

Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial interior projects, ensuring thorough analysis and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and evaluate project risks and opportunities for cost savings.
• Present and explain cost estimates to clients and senior management.
• Update and maintain cost databases and estimating tools.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget compliance and financial success.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial interiors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and technologies.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
