Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join the team. This role supports the development of innovative products tailored to the casino incentive gift giveaway market. The ideal candidate excels in critical thinking and problem-solving and has a solid understanding of product trends, retail math, and project management. You will collaborate with various internal and external partners to bring new products to life, managing the entire development process from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, develop, and source new products for casino incentive giveaways
• Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers to manage product development, target costing, and sample tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support product development initiatives
• Support sourcing processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base = $50-$60k, depending on experience
• Variable Performance Bonus = Eligible for discretionary bonus at the end of the year.
• Projected 1st Year Earning Potential = $55-$65k
