We're looking for an experienced Distribution Operations Coordinator to take the lead in crafting and coordinating switching procedures for our electric distribution system. What You'll Do: ? Develop detailed switching procedures to ensure smooth operations across our vast electric distribution system

? Collaborate with the control center to schedule and execute critical switching plans

? Partner with engineers and peers to review, refine, and approve procedures

? Provide real-time support and troubleshooting during switching operations to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in the electric utility industry (lineman or troubleman background is a big plus!)

Proven ability to read and interpret distribution system maps and diagrams

Strong coordination and scheduling skills to manage multiple complex switching plans
