Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Human Resource Management:
• Partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct organizational diagnosis and develop solutions using data-driven methods.
2. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent for global teams.
• Develop and implement structured interview procedures and talent pipelines for key markets.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and wage-and-hour requirements.
3. Cultural Management and Organizational Development:
• Define and integrate corporate culture across global offices, aligning with business objectives and local needs.
• Design employee engagement programs and team-building initiatives to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
• Lead the creation and execution of communication matrices to promote cultural values.
4. Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to support employee growth and align with business strategies.
• Coach and support managers on goal setting, leadership development, and team performance.
5. Employee Relations and Legal Compliance:
• Manage complex employee relations issues in compliance with California and federal labor laws.
• Address workplace concerns promptly while adhering to legal standards, including anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws.
• Provide training and support on HR policies and procedures for leadership and employees.
6. Learning and Development:
• Develop and execute training programs to meet organizational needs, including onboarding, management training, and professional skills development.
• Manage learning platforms and internal lecturers to maintain high satisfaction rates among employees.
7. Project and Process Management:
• Lead cross-functional projects, including business incorporation, license acquisition, and tax claims in diverse jurisdictions.
• Analyze data and implement process improvements to optimize HR and business operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields;
• 5+ years of holistic HR experience in multinational environments, preferably in fintech or digital services sectors.
• Strong experience in cultural management, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to support global communication and ensure cultural alignment.
