AWS/CES is seeking a Plant Manager for an Industrial manufacturing client in Pulaski, TN

  • Location: Pulaski, TN
  • Schedule: Direct Hire/ Full time
  • Compensation: $150,000 salary base DOE + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to the plant team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee production operations, ensuring optimal output levels, minimal downtime, and efficient use of resources to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards to ensure consistent production of high-quality wear consumables, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage plant budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives and maintaining tight control over operational expenditures to ensure cost leadership.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure raw materials and consumables are available to meet production demand, while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead safety initiatives to minimize incidents and enhance security protocols.
  • Lead proactive maintenance programs to ensure plant equipment is fully operational, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of critical machinery.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the plant workforce, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across all teams. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in plant management, with a proven track record of running foundry operations.
  • Experience in foundry operations is essential. Disa and/or no-bake production line experience is desirable.
