Job Title: HR Manager

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $40–45/hr.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–45 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with the Plant Manager in driving organizational success from a people-focused perspective. This role is critical to supporting plant operations through strategic HR leadership, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in manufacturing environments, with experience in chemical or automotive plant operations highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and execute HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of HR management experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in chemical or automotive plant environments and strong knowledge of manufacturing operations (preferred).
