Role Description-Receptionist

This is a full-time receptionist role located on-site in Kent, WA. The receptionist will be responsible for managing invoices, processing payments, reconciling statements, and assisting with other accounting tasks as directed by the accounting manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Computer skills are required
• Experience with casepeer is a plus
• Strong communication skills to work across various departments and vendors
• Able to work independently and take initiative
