Position: Civil Litigation Paralegal
Location: Seattle, WA - Primarily on-site (1 day remote)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (plus end-of-year discretionary bonus)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday flexible start and end times
LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to support two attorneys in their busy civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong familiarity with Pierce, King, and Snohomish County filing procedures, as well as Washington state and federal court rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and administrative support to two civil litigation attorneys
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of legal proceedings
- File documents in Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties, and maintain case management using Clio or similar software
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage deadlines, calendaring, and proofreading tasks with high attention to detail
- Organize and maintain client records
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal
- Strong knowledge of WA state and federal rules and procedures
- Experience with filing in Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties
- Proficiency in case management software (Clio preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- HIGH attention to detail - Will be required to take an attention to detail test
