Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Dental Claims Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of dental claims, including submission, follow-up, and resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental procedures, insurance policies, and claims processing, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental administration or billing is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in dental billing, claims processing, or a related role
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, CDT codes, and insurance policies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
