Position: Project Analyst

Based in Sugar Land, Texas, they focus on building purpose-driven properties and providing scalable management services to support the lifecycle of each project.


As they expand our operations, they are seeking a Project Analyst to contribute to the next phase of our development journey. This role will involve deal analysis, project management, and budget oversight, alongside conducting in-depth market research to support our growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis:
  • Gather critical components for financial deal evaluations.
  • Develop and update proformas during the predevelopment phase to analyze various scenarios.
  • Clearly communicate business assumptions and scenario outcomes.
  • Budget Oversight:
  • Collaborate with the project accountant to ensure proper allocation of expenses and accurate job cost utilization.
  • Present project budget updates in development meetings.
  • Market Research & Collaboration:
  • Conduct market analysis to inform project strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders, consultants, and real estate professionals to maintain strong relationships and align on project goals.


Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., finance, real estate, or property development) or equivalent professional experience (2–4 years).
  • Preferred:
  • Master’s degree in finance, real estate, or land/property development.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Office 365, including advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to interpret and execute instructions in various formats.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional after-hours work as needed).

Location: On-site in Sugar Land, Texas, with hybrid flexibility after the initial 90 days.
