Position Summary

We seek a Quality Engineer to join our team and uphold the high standards that define the Client. In this on-site role , the Quality Engineer will ensure that our products meet or exceed quality standards through quality engineering, control, assurance, and management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality standards, practices, and procedures to ensure product excellence.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain documentation and records for quality assurance processes.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and relevant standards.
• Lead or assist in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience :

• Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with product quality management.
• Familiarity with implementing quality standards and practices.

• Lean Six Sigma expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
