Job Details

We are seeking a baker skilled in the art of baking enriched dough products such as cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, kolache and brioche.

Previous experience should include:

• Efficiently mixing, portioning and shaping enriched dough products
• Ensuring consistency of products
• Following baking instructions and confident using hot ovens
• Making certain all products meet quality standards as set forth by the company
• Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and adherence to safety protocols
• Accurate baking and finishing of numerous products
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and compliance with PA Dept. of Health regulations
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization of assigned work station
• Following recipes accurately, scaling and prepping fillings as required
