The Role: As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and safety compliance. You’ll optimize workflows, meet performance targets, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, logistics, floor productivity, and quality assurance.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, working closely with drivers and partners to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
- Organize storage systems, maximize space utilization, and streamline workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement systems for effective product handling.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, hazardous materials protocols, and shipping regulations.
- Drive efficiency by preparing staffing plans, workflows, and equipment layouts that align with company goals.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability throughout the warehouse.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or plant operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse procedures.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience).
Work Environment:
