Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements: - Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
- Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary.
- Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
Qualifications: - Inbound & Outbound calling experience in a call center
- (35 wpm with accuracy) typing skills
- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in the application and use of Windows, Word Perfect, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
